All Leveler for July 2026--William R!

1a. Approximately how long have you been doing CrossFit? 8 years or so on and off. Now consistent for 4+ months.

1b. What initially got you started with CrossFit? After a back injury to recondition

2a. All Level CrossFit's core values are Authentic, Driven, and Inclusive. Which one do you relate to the most? Driven!

2b. Why do you relate to this core value the most? Taking the easy way never works for me. I get way more gratitude from being pushed and pushing through something.

3. What do you most look forward to when you come to the gym? Good people, number 1 for sure! Not doing this alone.

4. What is your favorite memory or most memorable moment at All Level CrossFit so far? My first Murph! Being capable so fast, through consistency. It's amazing what we are truly capable of. With the help of others to achieve good things.

5a. Please list one or two specific goals you've set for yourself in CrossFit that you've successfully achieved. Pushing through and hitting P.Rs. clean and jerk! And deadlift.

5b. What are your current primary goals in CrossFit? Not for looks (although it's a nice bonus lol,). To just be able to move and feel strong, healthy and capable . Going to keep working on my skills to increase weights.

6. What advice do you have for someone who is 'on the fence' or hesitant about starting CrossFit? Don't wait. Just keep showing up. Every workout can be scaled to fit what you are capable of. Just keep showing up and things will happen. That promise was given to me - and it I can attest to that truth. I feel strong, alive, happy and healthy!

7. How has your overall experience at All Level CrossFit improved your life outside of the gym? I don't feel like a 46 year old... I could run circles around my younger self!! I can help my dad move, I can run and play with my children and pick up my niece and nephew and just MOVE!

8. On a scale of 1 to 10, how strongly do you feel that CrossFit, in general, has helped improve your life outside of the gym? 10. A solid 10!
