21-15-9 reps, for time of:
Overhead Squat, 135/95 lbs
Box Jump, 30/24 in
main SWEAT
Every 1 min for 15 mins, alternating between:
Wall Ball, 1 min
Alternating Dumbbell Snatch, 1 min
Rest 1 min
pre Burpees : 1x60
Burpees 1x60
main Back Squat : 5x8 at 60% 1RM
Back Squat 5x8 at 60% 1RM
Rest as needed between sets.
