The 2019 CrossFit Open Has Begun!

"The Open" is an annual competition comprised of five workouts over five weeks completed by CrossFit athletes across the world. Everyone can participate—all levels, all ages, all abilities—not just elite athletes looking to compete in The CrossFit Games. It is an opportunity for our community to push themselves and measure all the improvements they've made at the box.
