You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on beginner weightlifting, bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements, beginner weightlifting techniques and anything else we use in CrossFit. We will also review your range of motion and various modifications to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
