What Code Red Means For Us

With rising case counts in Windsor/Essex the Provincial government has placed us in the Red Level of their colour coded system as of 12:01am on Monday November 30th. This means increased restrictions on many businesses, including gyms like ours.

The rules now restrict us to a maximum 10 people inside the building at any time. This means capacity for class has been reduced to 9 people to accommodate once coach. In order to try and make sure that everyone still has access to the fitness they know and love, we are going to make a few temporary changes. They are as follows:

**Maximum 9 people per class. Parents and guardians do not count towards this number when in a supervisory role. It is even more important than ever that you continue to sign in as the new regulations don't allow for any margin of error.

**Classes will now be 45 mins in length with a shorter 15 min buffer between so that we can offer more classes per day.

**We have added several classes to the schedule to raise total daily capacity under the new restrictions. You can find the new schedule here https://alllevel.ca/gym-class-schedule/

**members can stay for a maximum of 90 mins in the building.

**We will continue to offer Zoom versions of all regular WOD classes (not specialty classes) for anyone who cannot or doesn't feel comfortable attending indoor classes.

**Please continue to follow all of our COVID protocols so that we can remain safe and open.
