We are excited to let you know that in addition to our continued Zoom Classes we will be reopening to in-person training as of Monday June 7th for those who qualify.
We are able to open legally under the Reopening Act of Ontario to those who qualify under the Reopening Act of Ontario O.Reg 82/20
We believe we qualify under Section 48, subsection 3, iii. Mental health support services or addictions support services, so long as no more than ten people are permitted to occupy the space
and Section 48, 3.1.
1. The facility must be open solely for the purpose of allowing use of the facility by,
i. persons with a disability, within the meaning of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, who,
A. have received a written instruction for physical therapy from a regulated health professional who is qualified to provide the instruction, and
B. are not able to engage in the physical therapy elsewhere,
ii. such staff as are strictly necessary to operate the facility and support the provision of the physical therapy, and
iii. such support persons or service animals as may be necessary for the person with a disability.
If you believe you qualify, we ask that you provide a letter of recommendation for functional fitness training from a Registered Health Professional
Here is an example of a NOTE:
Letters will be kept on file and strictly confidential. While you do not have to disclose the nature of your disability to your coach, choosing to do so would help us provide specific and effective training.
Upon reopening, all health and safety protocols previously implemented must be strictly followed.
Classes are limited to 10 members at a time and you must sign up In advance through the Achieve App or through our schedule.
