We’re hosting a CrossFit competition in honour of John Dufour, the father of one of our coaches, who passed away in April of 2021. Proceeds raised through the competition will be donated to the Gloria & Carl Morgan Graduate Scholarship in Breast Cancer Research at the University of Windsor– A graduate scholarship that John started in 2008. WHERE: All Level CrossFit. 1821 Provincial Rd., Windsor, ON
WHO: Anyone interested in competing. This is an individual-style CrossFit competition (no partners or teammates).
COST: $30 CAD
Athletes may register for the RX, Scaled, Teen (16 and under), or Adaptive division.
*We currently only have adaptive athletes registered for Adaptive Intellectual division. This doesn’t mean we won’t introduce other adaptive divisions if we have people interested in competing! √Registrants are asked to be at All Level CrossFit for Athlete Check-In at 8am on Saturday, April 30th
√The competition will start at 9am and end around 3pm.
√The athletes will compete in 3 workouts throughout the day (listed below)
