All Leveler of the Month for June 2025--Nick K!

1. How long have you been doing CrossFit? Started CrossFit on March 20 was my first class
What got you started? there was a promotion during March for 21 days and after talking to John and seeing the club i decided heck i can try that.
2. What aspect of our core values of authentic, driven, and inclusive do you relate to the most? Driven
Why?  -  it is so motivating watching the same people day in and day out no matter what level of fitness what ailments they may have at that given time work through the daily workouts
3. What do you most look forward to when you come to the gym? Surviving a workout
4. What is your favorite memory at All Level CrossFit? So far all my memories have come from the great people I have met although it was pretty cool watching Zach do Murph unpartitioned and still look like he could do it again the next day.
5. What goals have you set for yourself in CrossFit that you’ve successfully achieved? Honestly my only Goal has been what was said to me by John when i first signed up. He said "Just Show up" and that's what I have been trying to do
What are your current goals? I have a short term goal and long term goal, Short term is I would like to work my way to chin up- pull up - kipping pull ups by August
6. What advice do you have for someone who’s on the fence about starting CrossFit?
Look I am 55 and in horrible shape, when i started i could barely do 10 sit ups without experiencing back pain, last week i did a total of 90 and that's in 3 months, so literally anyone can do this. First step is signing up but be warned this community is awesome. Also the fear for starting is worry you can't do it or you will do it incorrectly or you will get hurt, the gym has amazing coaches that are actually coaching not fraternizing or worried about social media... THEY COACH which is a huge benefit to someone like me that does not know what they are doing.
7. How has your experience at All Level CrossFit improved your life outside of the gym?
Less tired with daily activities, but the daily pain form yesterdays workout is real LOL
