1. How long have you been doing CrossFit? What got you started?
Been doing it since 19/20ish and honestly jazz brought me to my first class at Windsor CrossFit! Took a hiatus because of Covid but missed it so I’m back baby! Introduced it to cammy as well!
2. What aspect of our core values of authentic, driven, and inclusive do you relate to the most? Why?
Inclusive because I love getting everyone together. Doing hard things like WODs is a lot better with friends around you.
3. What do you most look forward to when you come to the gym?

4. What is your favourite memory at All Level CrossFit?
Cammy doing her first open! Or when I beat her in a C2B competition. Never forget!
5. What goals have you set for yourself in CrossFit that you’ve successfully achieved? What are your current goals?
What I successfully achieved was BMU (Bar Muscle Ups). Never thought I’d get one and still so cool to do them lol. Current goals are RMUs (Ring Muscle Ups)!
6. What advice do you have for someone who’s on the fence about starting CrossFit?
Just join. You won’t regret it.
7. How has your experience at All Level
CrossFit improved your life outside of the gym?
Been able to do a lot of different things because of CrossFit like running a half marathon with just CrossFit training! Feeling better around the house and even when I play in my men’s hockey league too!
