Daily themed workouts include skills challenges, and obstacle courses where they will push, pull, run, throw, lift, climb and jump. Kids gain improved fitness, coordination and confidence.

CrossFit Kids Certified Coaches

Your kids are in good hands! They will be trained by certified CrossFit Kids certified coaches. Being CrossFit Kids certified means receiving specialized education and passing an independent background check.

Minis (Ages 3 to 5)

  • Winter Session Jan 10 – May 1st (16 weeks)
  • Friday’s 6pm-6:30pm

Kids (Ages 6 to 9)

  • Winter Session Jan 10 – May 1st (16 weeks)
  • Friday’s 6:45pm-7:30pm

Juniors (Ages 10 to 13)

  • Winter Session Jan 7th- April 30th (16 weeks)
  • Tues/Thurs 7:30-8:30pm
