Born in Windsor Ontario, Dr. Stibbard grew up playing a wide range of sports but focused on hockey and baseball. This lead to his first exposures to manual and physical therapies. He was first introduced to chiropractic at the age of 15, at the beginning of his junior hockey career, and has pursued the profession ever since.
Dr. Stibbard played varsity hockey during his years at the University of Windsor in the CIS. While completing his Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree in an impressive 3 years, he was also an Academic All-Canadian and a member of the Dean’s list. During his summers, he worked as a strength and conditioning coach where he trained mainly athletes, including a list of professional European and NHL hockey players.
Dr. Stibbard was accepted to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated as a member of the class of 2018. He is now a rehab-focused chiropractor with extensive training in functional movement assessment, in addition to clinical and athletic rehabilitation. He is also certified in Functional Integrative Acupuncture, Active Release Technique, and is a certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist.
